Hibachi & Funfetti Date

Last night as I got ready to start cooking dinner (which was going to be baked spaghetti), my hubby decided to order us hibachi on a whim so that I wouldn't have to cook. He really DOES love me. : ) So we ordered in and had a home date night, complete with cuddling and funfetti cake for dessert. It was perfect. And that, men, is how you woo your woman.

And now my scrubs barely fit. That's how you know it was a great date night.

Yum. That looks really good! Why are even mushrooms and broccoli tasty when they're cooked like that!? :)

Looks like a perfect date night! I love how your doggies are very closely watching to see if anything drops. My Boots does the exact same.. We also stayed in all day yesterday & it was lovely. Thanks for sharing your date night with us!

Seriously? The BEST way for a man to woo his woman is to make sure she doesn't have to cook dinner. Hehe, in my experience, anyway. ;)

I would seriously eat funfetti cake off the floor. I love it that much. It's a real problem.

What a great guy! Glad you had a fun date in!

Mmmm, funfetti cake is my favorite! And now you have me craving hibachi - not that it's too tough to make me crave anything though.

Dean bought a Hibachi griddle for him to cook on outside by the pool. I can't wait for him to try it out!

How sweet is your husband?! Hibachi is so so yummy--as is funfetti cake! One of my girlfriends in college would make funfetti cookies--those are where it's at too!! :)

Aww, what a sweet date night!! Love those kinds of nights. They're cheaper and some how always seem more romantic than getting all dolled up for a night on the town. :) You and Justin are adorable!

Funfetti is about as good as it gets. I'm a little insulted that autocorrect doesn't recognize funfetti as a word. Fingertip? Please, I'd rather have funfetti.
