A Little Pepperoni Never Hurt Anyone

First up, the hubs and I have been married for 1 year and 7 months today. Woohoo! Yes, I am a big goober and I love counting the months. We're almost to 2 years!

As most of y'all know, I am not a huge fan of cooking. I just don't enjoy it that much and I'd rather eat cookies all day long. I have, however, started making the most delicious fattening thing ever and I wanted to share it with y'all. I don't know if it has an official name or where I even saw it first, but it's basically just a pepperoni crescent roll.

It's super easy (I wouldn't make it if it wasn't).

You need:

- a can of crescent rolls
- pepperoni
- cheese cubes

Lay out each crescent roll. Add a couple of pepperoni circles and a couple cubes of cheese to each roll. I usually do about 4-5 of each. Roll up the crescent roll (making sure that it's sealed everywhere) and bake as directed on the crescent roll container.

Then enjoy the most delicious thing that you've ever tasted. It's like a biscuit/sandwich/pizza roll...all warm and cheesy. And then come back to this post and thank me. And send me $100. : )

I don't know nutrition facts about these and I really don't want to. I just know that they are mouth-watering and amazing and I could eat them every single day.

Sounds delicious! My mouth is watering right now. Since I started working in a supermarket deli I've gotten addicted to pizza's with pepperoni for my lunch. I will be needing to go on a diet as soon as I finish my uni exams!

i made these but after I made them I read to put the pepperoni in microwave for a min or so to make them crispier. So easy and yummy!

I've always been a huge pepperoni fan. My husband won't eat it because he believes it's that bad for you!

Yay for 1 year and 7 months! Remember when you took me to the church and the lady was basically giving me a tour (in case I wanted to get married there...) with her dog. I think his name was Dallas or something. Hilarious.
Also, if I liked pepperoni's, I'd really like this recipe, because I love crescent rolls.

How is counting your married months/years any different than people saying, oh my kid is X-months old :) I think it is just fine to count your months married! :)

And yummo! When are you making them next, give me a like 12 hr head start or something and I'll be there... LOL :)

I have recently discovered the beauty and deliciousness of stuffed crescent rolls -- SO AWESOME! I love rolling taco meat and cheese -- great appetizers. I'm sure the possibilities are endless... as are the calories.

I don't like pepperoni but I bet it would be delicious with ham or canadian bacon too!

OH! I make my own version of these when I got to parties and we're supposed to bring a little something! I make mine a tad small so they're more bite sized and serve them with pizza sauce to dip in! : ) But I'll def try it your way next time! Hope you had a great day! Oh and Happy Anniversary!

Happy 1 year and 7 month anniversary! It's crazy how time flies.

Thanks for posting the recipe. I'm having friends over for dinner on Saturday and I think those pepperoni rolls will make the perfect appetizer.
