Sometimes: I forget to eat before I go grocery shopping.
Always: That's what happened yesterday. Now we have Oreos and chocolate chip cookies.
Sometimes: I have so much fun intentionally annoying my hubby (like last night when he was watching some horrible loud war movie).
Always: He doesn't even get mad...he's a champ!
Sometimes: I decide not to clean my house for a week...or two.
Always: When I can see the layer of dust on everything, it motivates me to clean.
Sometimes: I try to think of a complete and healthy meal for dinner.
Always: I prefer to snack...like with this whole bowl of guacamole. Yum.

Always: I'm so glad that through Jesus we are freed from it.
Sometimes: I laugh when people say, "YOU have a PIT BULL?!"
Always: He's the biggest baby ever...such a momma's boy.

Oh, I am the same with the grocery store! If I don't eat first (or I don't have a big lunch and I have to stop and pick something up on my way home from work for dinner that night), I am SUCH an impulse shopper. I almost always go grocery shopping on a Saturday morning with my mom (she lives a couple miles away and it's our mother-daughter time), so she makes sure I eat something, and I make sure we stick to our lists. :)
I would have eaten that whole bowl of guac too ... I love guac! It is one of my favorite foods!
Somehow I always wind up grocery shopping when I'm starving! And I always end up with tons of unplanned goodies in my cart, ha! I have no self control at all.

Biggest mistake ever is not eating before grocery shopping... it's bad on the wallet. haha! I come home with all kinds of crazy snack foods.

It used to be bad news when I went to the grocery store hungry, I bought all the junk I could find :) But now if I go to the grocery store hungry?? I get sick and try to get out of there as fast as I can. Pregnancy is weird!
And your pitbull looks adorable! My parents have 2 boxers that are the biggest babies EVER! I guess they look intimidating? But the most they'd do is lick you to death, ha ha!
haha, it is so true about the pit bull thing ... but mine is the sweetest ever. but it is nice to say i have one because no one wants to mess with me, haha ;)
and yes, grocery shopping when hungry is the worst idea. i always spend more and tons of junk food gets thrown in the cart.
Not eating before grocery shopping is the worst! I'm turning into a snacker with Dylan gone. Diesel has the sweetest little face!
I love irritating my husband too. Especially that people who like game of thrones are nerds and that no one cares about hockey. I agree with Anna. There's always room for dessert!
i am such a snack person and my boyfriend is not...i see him giving me the side-eye everytime i reach for that bag of goldfish.
and your pup is TOO CUTE. Pit bulls have a bad rep and they shouldn't. they are amazing, sweet dogs and yours looks amazing!
I'm pretty much a professional snacker! I would totally eat guac and chips and salsa every day for a meal if I could ;) Maybe that's why I keep gaining weight... oops!!

Your Guacamole looks amazing. I wish there was some way I could taste it through the screen. I was supposed to make some for this holiday weekend and never made it back to the store for the ingredients.
Your pit bull is so cute and it's sad they have a bad rep because people train them to be mean. I grew up with a Rottweiler and it was the sweetest dog ever, but people did the same thing with us..."you have a Rottweiler? Ah."

I can so relate to a couple of these- my heart aches as well for the way the world is. Sometimes its hard to stand it and makes me feel so small. Also- my husband forces me to eat before we shop. And I still end up with Oreos, ha
