Sweet Baby Bump - 34 Weeks

The highlights:

- Everything looked/measured great at our appointment this week!

- We have another ultrasound to recheck growth/weight at 36 weeks.

- I started having some swelling in my ankles and feet this week.

- We got our rocking chair for the nursery in yesterday (thanks mom and dad!) and it's adorable.

- I have been a baby clothes/blanket/everything washing fool lately.

- We are pre-registered and ready to go at the hospital.

Check out the swelling on my (c)ankles. Yikes.

I have an urgent prayer request for y'all - my friend's little girl that I posted about the other day (see here) is having brain surgery this morning. Please please be in prayer for them.

you look so cute! I had some swelling begin around this time of my pregnancy with Elyse...make sure you're drinking LOTS of water & keep that swelling down as much as you can. I didn't really do that & then when I went into labor I swelled up like a whale! Not fun for post-delivery family photos!

Cute red sweater, friend! So close. My mom says her guess is you'll deliver at 36 weeks! Hehe...she likes to "call" it since she's a maternity nurse :)

Praying so hard for your friend's little girl.

I think it's so so smart that you have worn the same dress in your pictures so you can really tell the bump's size! I'm so sorry your ankles are getting swollen--that can't be any fun. Just a few more weeks until you get to hold your little girl!! :)

Getting close! I had ankle swelling toward the end of my pregnancy, too. I really didn't even realize it because I had forgotten what my real ankles actually looked like! A couple weeks after birth when I had my ankles back I was in awe of how skinny they were! Haha! And yes, your feet and ankles can swell after birth, too. Mine were the worst then. :-/ Praying for your friend's baby and family!
